Louis Jadot is considered by many to have one of the finest winemaking reputations in Burgundy. To retain the fruity character of grapes picked from some of the best Mâcon villages, this Chardonnay is completely unoaked. It's a fresh, clean white with bright notes of green apple, pear and slightly pastry-like complexity finished by a swooping mineral finish.
